Automatic grain drying production line
Recently, the first 10,000-ton grain drying production line, built by ZHENG CHANG Grain Engineering for Moguai Farm of Hulun Buir Agricultural Reclamation Group, is under intensive and orderly construction, and is expected to be debugged in September. The production line is known as an automatic production line for grain clearing, drying, warehousing, and “wet grains never touch the ground”. It will greatly improve the grain processing capacity of Moguai Farm after completion.
At the scene of this project, the 10,000-ton grain drying production line covering an area of 30 mu, is being constructed. It consists of drying area, storage area, reserved warehouse, open space and reserved airing yard. It is estimated that it has a daily processing amount of 300 tons, and 10,000 tons of grain will be completely dried in over 30 days, and safely conveyed into the storage. Grain harvested from the field will be continuously processed without touching the ground, which will lead to the deep innovation of modern agricultural construction.
Airong Liu, director of Moguai Farm, said in an interview: "After this production line is completed, quality of the first processed grain will be significantly improved than before. It will be not affected by weather conditions, and can harvest and store grain at any time. In addition, such a modern way can solve the problem of processing and storing crops covering an area of 50 thousand mu. It can improve the grain storage capacity of our farm, maintain the quality of crops, and enhance the market competitiveness.”
ZHENG CHANG Grain Engineering started this project in June, 2018, and 85% of the total project has been completed. The construction of four 2,500-ton grain storage steel silos, 500-ton wet grain silos and ancillary equipment have come to an end, expected to be debugged in September. The 10,000-ton grain drying production line is a part of the farm's modern agriculture and modern agricultural management system, which will show its advantages in solving the original land waste problem, improving grain quality, reducing labor costs and reducing packaging costs.
