In 2023, Hebei Muquan Yuanxing and Zhengchang Grain Machinery collaborated to successfully complete the high-end ruminant feed project with an annual production capacity of 320,000 tons! The project includes a ruminant feed production line with an annual capacity of 150,000 tons (single shift), a powder feed production line with an annual capacity of 120,000 tons, a calf feed production line with an annual capacity of 50,000 tons, as well as a 1*1000 ton corn warehouse, 13*250 ton soybean meal warehouses, and 4*100 ton auxiliary material warehouses. The successful production of this project will further provide high-quality ruminant feed for Muquan Yuanxing, safeguarding the healthy growth of dairy cows from the source and providing a solid guarantee for milk quality!

In spring, a grain of millet is sown, and in autumn, thousands of seeds are harvested. Just in time for the beautiful spring season, the Zhongzheng Changchun Smart Feed Factory, with an annual production of 500,000 tons, held a grand opening ceremony in the Jiutai District of Changchun City. Representatives from local government units, employees of Zhongzheng Feed, representatives from the construction company Zhengchang Grain Machinery, and hundreds of industry peers gathered together to witness this milestone moment.

Shandong Laibete 300,000 tons of comfort pig feed production line
A high-quality, efficient, and energy-saving feed production line tailored for the enterprise by Jiangsu Zhengchang Group. This production line consists of two 420 granulation lines and one 250 conditioning line, with all equipment, processes, technologies, and engineering provided and installed by Zhengchang Group, and it passed acceptance in one go in October. Currently, all three production lines are fully operational.

Kangdi Feed (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. is wholly owned by the American Kangdi Group. The project covers an area of about 53 acres, with an investment of nearly 100 million RMB. Its main projects include piglet feed production line, puffed production line, 508 granulation line, and premix feed production line, while also reserving production lines for ruminant feed and pet feed. All the feed production line projects mentioned above are exclusively constructed by Jiangsu Zhengchang Group.
