Intelligent Speed Control System: By using ultrasonic material flow detectors, it scans and analyzes the amount of material on the belt and its lateral distribution information in real-time. The central controller calculates and makes intelligent analysis to determine the amount of material, achieving intelligent speed control of the motor. This solves the problem of energy waste caused by the belt conveyor system running at full speed under no-load and reduced-load conditions, extending the lifespan of the belt conveyor.

The control system regulates the opening and closing duration of the discharge hopper and the discharge trough flap valve, thereby controlling the drop point position and the size of the grain pile, effectively altering the phenomenon of automatic grading of grains, and effectively solving the problem of automatic grading in shallow round bins, ensuring the safety of grain storage.
