This device combines an arc flow pipe, a special material guiding trough with an anti-overflow skirt board, and a micro-power dust collector. Through the combined effects of dust suppression, "train wind," dust barriers, and dust collectors, it reduces dust to within permissible limits, with energy consumption lowered to (≤4KW), significantly reducing energy consumption. This product has been applied for a national patent.

The central controller calculates and makes intelligent analysis to determine the amount of material, achieving intelligent speed control of the motor. This solves the problem of energy waste caused by the belt conveyor system running at full speed under no-load and reduced-load conditions, extending the lifespan of the belt conveyor.

The anti-automatic grading fabric device reduces the accumulation area of impurities and broken materials by adopting multi-point, multi-layer cross-dropping, transforming the original concentrated cylindrical distribution of impurities into a small clump distribution, resulting in a qualitative change in the permeability of the grain. The control system regulates the opening and closing duration of the discharge hopper and the discharge trough flap valve, thereby controlling the drop point position and the size of the grain pile, effectively altering the phenomenon of automatic grading of grains, and effectively solving the problem of automatic grading in shallow round bins, ensuring the safety of grain storage.
