The air cushion plow-type unloader is a device specifically designed for multi-point unloading of air cushion belt conveyors. The entire air cushion machine operates in an environmentally friendly manner without dust emissions, and it has incomparable energy consumption advantages compared to traditional roller belt conveyors. Intelligent Speed Control System: By using ultrasonic material flow detectors, it scans and analyzes the amount of material on the belt and its lateral distribution information in real-time. The central controller calculates and makes intelligent analysis to determine the amount of material, achieving intelligent speed control of the motor. This solves the problem of energy waste caused by the belt conveyor system running at full speed under no-load and reduced-load conditions, extending the lifespan of the belt conveyor.

The design quality of the single roller unloading plow product and the large-scale production continue to retain the advantages of the original product while designing a 35° small diameter edge roller structure, which reduces the wear between the conveyor belt and the roller, extending the service life of the belt. The angle of the plow blade is optimized to allow for smoother grain flow, avoiding grain spillage, reducing grain damage, and improving grain quality.
