Anti-grading system
The anti-automatic grading fabric device reduces the accumulation area of impurities and broken materials by adopting multi-point, multi-layer cross-dropping, changing the original concentrated cylindrical distribution of impurities into a small clump distribution, resulting in a qualitative change in the permeability of the grain. The control system manages the opening and closing duration of the discharge hopper and the flap valve of the discharge trough, thereby controlling the drop point position and the size of the grain pile, effectively altering the phenomenon of automatic grading of grain, and effectively solving the problem of automatic grading in shallow round bins, ensuring the safety of grain storage.
