Liyang Zhengchang Oil Co., Ltd., formerly known as "Zhenchang Oil Rice Factory", was founded in 1915. It was the first batch of leaching oil plants invested by the country after liberation (1974). After nearly 100 years of vicissitudes, showing its strong vitality. It has become one of the pillar industries of Jiangsu Zhengchang Group. In 2002, the enterprise underwent a comprehensive restructuring. The original Liyang Zhengchang Oil Factory was renamed Liyang Zhengchang Oil Co., Ltd.
