The 34-day summer class for employees' children at the childcare center has recently concluded successfully.
Since the summer class opened this year, the Party and Mass Work Department of the group has actively explored new content, methods, and means for childcare management and education, making the course offerings and activity arrangements richer and more diverse. It features three characteristics of "most": First, "the most diverse courses"; in addition to systematic courses in calligraphy, traditional Chinese painting, English, and reading, there are also carefully designed fun and sports courses such as harmonica, science experiments, interesting handicrafts, table tennis, basketball, and Baduanjin. Combined with the company's products, there are also research study, food parties, and volunteer activities. In the traditional course "Grandma Lu's Class", Vice Chairman Lu Ying shared her birthday cake with the children. Second, "the most investment in teaching staff"; this year, influenced by the opening of community childcare centers, the Zhengchang employees' children childcare center mainly relied on internal volunteer teachers, supplemented by external teachers, with a total of 50 corporate volunteers participating in supervision and course instruction, marking the highest investment in teaching staff to date. Third, "the most participants"; a total of 33 students participated in the childcare class, many of whom are children of employees from other regions, truly making the holiday enjoyable for the children.
The summer class has received unanimous praise from employees and children. Many parents expressed that the childcare service greatly alleviated the pressure between their work and family, resolving their worries, and the children learned a lot of knowledge outside the classroom, made new friends, and had a fulfilling and meaningful summer.
As an important initiative for the company to care for its employees, the summer childcare class will continue to focus on management and educational innovation in the future, effectively addressing employees' concerns, showing care for employees through actions, and demonstrating a Culture of harmony and empathy.
