On May 20, 2025, at the 22nd China Animal Husbandry Expo (2025), Liyang Zhengchang Feed Technology Co., Ltd. and the Belarusian National Biotechnology Group (BNBC) held a signing ceremony for a comprehensive project to deepen their technological cooperation. This collaboration marks a new milestone in Sino‑Belarusian technical cooperation within the feed industry.
On May 20, at the 22nd (2025) China Animal Husbandry Expo, Liyang Zhengchang Feed Technology Co., Ltd. and the Belarusian National Biotechnology Group (BNBC) successfully signed an agreement to comprehensively deepen their technological cooperation.

Under this collaboration, the team from Zhengchang Feed Formulation Research Institute will provide BNBC with an integrated “formulation + process equipment” solution. By fully leveraging Belarus’s abundant raw material resources and harnessing the advanced feed-processing capabilities of Zhengchang’s equipment, the partnership will introduce China’s cutting-edge formulation technologies to Belarus, offering BNBC a comprehensive suite of formulation solutions for swine, broiler chickens, layer hens, aquaculture, ruminants, and other sectors, along with related value-added services, thereby fostering BNBC’s sustained and efficient growth.
In 1991, Zhengchang invested heavily in acquiring a complete set of premix formulas from developed countries. After more than three decades of providing 1% premix services to thousands of production enterprises both domestically and internationally, the company has, for the first time, extended its advanced formulation expertise to Belarus and other countries, as well as to the global market. This not only underscores Zhengchang’s capability to supply equipment and deliver turnkey plant‑engineering solutions, but also demonstrates its ability to offer cutting‑edge feed‑formulation software services to customers worldwide.

According to reports, the Belarusian National Biotechnology Group’s collaboration with Zhengchang began in 2019. As China and Belarus continue to advance high-quality Belt and Road cooperation, an increasing number of key agricultural projects have taken root in Belarus. The Belarusian National Biotechnology Group’s full‑cycle, high‑tech agro‑industrial complex is the country’s first amino acid production facility, developed under the Belt and Road framework, and also its inaugural project in the grain deep-processing sector aimed at generating foreign exchange through exports and achieving import substitution. Notably, the “one‑million‑ton feed mill and associated equipment, along with a 450,000‑ton grain silo system” was custom‑designed by Zhengchang; in terms of scale, output, and level of technological sophistication, it stands unrivaled across the Russian Federation. This initiative has played a pivotal role in elevating Belarus’s feed processing, livestock farming, and grain storage capabilities, earning high praise from the local government.
A history of friendly and successful cooperation has laid a solid foundation for further deepening bilateral ties. This signing not only represents a powerful alliance between Chinese and Belarusian enterprises, but also embodies the profound integration of China’s intelligent manufacturing with the global livestock industry’s drive for high-quality development, and is sure to become a shining symbol of international cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.
