On October 16, Jiangsu Zhengchang Group held its 2026 “Happiness at Zhengchang” commemorative awards ceremony marking the company’s 108th anniversary.
At this recognition ceremony, a total of 55 employees were honored. Among them, 25 received the 10-Year “Growth Award,” 14 were awarded the 20-Year “Dedication Award,” 15 earned the 30-Year “Cultivation Award,” and 1 was presented with the 40-Year “Devotion Award.” These employees come from various roles across the Group. Group leaders presented the honorees with commemorative awards marking the company’s anniversary, along with “Gratitude Oil” reward gift cards.
Li Chengcheng, representing the company’s ten-year employees at Guoliang Warehousing, shared his experiences of growing alongside the enterprise. These years of partnership have borne witness to the mutual success and fulfillment of both the employees and the company.
Zhou Wenwei, from the metalworking workshop of the Grain Machinery Co., Ltd. Manufacturing Center, is this year’s sole recipient of the 40-Year Dedication Award. He recalls that in 1985, when he first joined the factory at age 18, the workshop’s equipment was still quite outdated, and his mentor urged him to always prioritize production safety and ensure the quality of every product. Over the past four decades, Master Zhou has steadfastly upheld his mentor’s teachings. As one of the early pioneers to master vertical machining technology, he has consistently taken on the role of a seasoned guide, mentoring and supporting younger colleagues across various positions.
The special documentary filmed for the awards ceremony authentically captured the outstanding achievements and spirit of the winning employees, expressing gratitude for their steadfast partnership with the company.
Since launching its “Happiness at Zhengchang” corporate anniversary recognition program in 2020, Zhengchang Group has held the event for seven consecutive years, during which a total of 355 employees have been honored. Each recognized employee has been a firsthand witness and active participant in Zhengchang’s journey; through their dedication and hard work, they have written a shining chapter of harmony between the company and its people.
