“Preparation ensures success; lack of preparation leads to failure.” As the new year begins, Zhengchang Group An annual summary and awards ceremony, coupled with a mobilization conference for goals and tasks, was held. The event underscored a customer‑centric approach, focusing on enhancing product quality and service capabilities, strengthening execution loops and delivery assurance, and delivering more reliable solutions and consistently stable performance to help customers generate greater value and jointly usher in a new phase of high‑quality development in the year ahead. Leaders of the Group, heads of enterprises that achieved their annual targets, and representatives of outstanding teams were invited to take their seats on the dais, aiming to establish a clear orientation that values performance and drives improvement through results, thereby encouraging all units to benchmark against best practices, learn from one another, strive for excellence, and pool their strengths.
On the fifteenth day of the first lunar month, lanterns illuminate family reunion; as we embark on a new journey, the clarion call urges us forward. On this auspicious Lantern Festival, Zhengchang Group convened its 2025 Summary and Awards Ceremony along with the 2026 Goals and Tasks Mobilization Conference. Attending were Group Chairman Hao Bo, Vice Chairman Lu Ying, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Song Zhiming, Vice President Lü Shunkai, More than 350 attendees, including mid- and senior-level executives, award-winning employees, and employee representatives, gathered to discuss the company’s development, chart a new course, and embark on a fresh journey.
The conference was held under the theme “Anchor Performance, Strengthen Operations; Pursue Practical Action and Steadfast Execution to Reach New Heights,” clearly articulating the Group’s annual business orientation: placing customer value creation at the core, rooting growth in our core businesses, staying on the main track and fighting on the primary frontlines, focusing on our flagship products, and continuously enhancing product quality, delivery capabilities, and service excellence—while measuring our performance through verifiable deliverables and tangible customer experiences.
At the meeting, Mr. Hao Bo, Chairman of the Group, delivered a work summary for 2025 and an address to mobilize efforts toward the 2026 goals and objectives. The report provided a comprehensive review of the Group’s operations and management over the past year, analyzed key issues and challenges, and systematically outlined priority tasks for 2026. Upholding the creation of value for customers as the central benchmark, the report emphasized enhancing operational quality and managerial efficiency to ensure the successful implementation and tangible results of all set targets.
The conference also invited the heads of enterprises that achieved their full-year profit targets for 2025, as well as the leaders of outstanding collectives, to take their seats on the dais, using “results earned through hard work” to set benchmarks and provide clear guidance. Following this, the heads of Zhengchang Grain Machinery, Zhengchang National Grain, Zhengchang Real Estate, Zhengchang Feed Technology, Zhengchang Oils & Fats, and other companies took turns sharing their experiences and making statements, focusing on their goals, outlining concrete measures, and clarifying their responsibilities—demonstrating both confidence in overcoming challenges and a firm resolve to “deliver on our promises and ensure success.”
Following this, the meeting moved on to the awards ceremony, presided over by Wang Yingqi, Chairman of the Group’s Trade Union. A total of 41 outstanding individuals and 5 exemplary collectives were recognized, along with three four-star advanced Party branches, one three-star advanced Party branch, and eight distinguished Party‑building brands. The event paid tribute to every dedicated worker who upholds integrity while innovating, bravely assumes responsibility, and lets their achievements speak for themselves, further fostering an organizational culture of “learning from the advanced, catching up with the advanced, and becoming the advanced.”
The new journey has begun, and the clarion call urges us to forge ahead.
