On the afternoon of February 12, Zhengchang Group grandly held the 2024 summary commendation and 2025 "Achieve Goals" expedition oath conference. The group's chairman, Hao Bo, delivered a work report titled "Anchor Benefits to Expand the Market, Innovate to Empower a New Journey," which comprehensively summarized the work of the past year and deployed the work for 2025.
Hao Bo pointed out that in the past year, we faced challenges in a constantly changing market environment. All employees of the group worked together, striving hard, closely following the national development trend, seizing opportunities, facing challenges, promoting steady development of the enterprise, and achieving gratifying results. On behalf of Zhengchang Group, Hao Bo expressed high respect and sincere blessings to all Zhengchang family members, thanking everyone for their hard work in the past year.
Hao Bo emphasized that 2025 is the concluding year of the "14th Five-Year Plan." In the face of a market environment full of challenges and opportunities, we must unite our thoughts and efforts. First, we must "anchor benefits" to ensure healthy resource allocation and capital flow, accumulating development momentum from "optimization" and "enhancement"; second, we must "break through marketing" to stimulate market potential through precise positioning and organizational vitality, breaking through and expanding; third, we must "improve operations" to release management efficiency through optimizing processes and enhancing efficiency, simplifying and improving; fourth, we must "innovate to break through," accelerating technological innovation and model upgrades, leading industry development from "breakthrough" and "transformation," ensuring the smooth realization of all enterprise goals.

The group's vice chairman, Lu Ying, delivered a speech to all marketing personnel about to embark on the expedition. Chairman Hao Bo presented the battle flag of "Victory is Certain, Success is Guaranteed" to each enterprise battle team and announced the expedition order. The heads of each enterprise led their teams in a solemn oath, and under the loud sound of the expedition horn and the powerful sound of war drums, each battle team proudly set out. The sound of the drums urged progress, and the flags fluttered as they embarked on their journey. The conference also commended advanced individuals and teams with outstanding work in 2024 and held a Lantern Festival cultural performance.
