On the morning of September 14, the 14th Second Workers' Representative Assembly of Zhengchang Group was held. The assembly elected new members of the trade union federation and reviewed and approved the new version of the "Employee Handbook" and the "Authorization List from Group Headquarters to Subordinate Units."
At 8 a.m., the assembly opened solemnly with the national anthem, and the Group Chairman, Hao Bo, delivered a speech. The Chairman pointed out that the Workers' Representative Assembly is an important step for Zhengchang Group in the path of management reform and efficiency improvement. By revising the employee handbook, clarifying the authorization list, and improving the structure of the trade union, it will jointly promote the group to new heights. The Chairman also interpreted the background, purpose, and key chapters of the revised new version of the "Employee Handbook." Hong Yaorong, Deputy Director of the Group's Operations Management Department, provided a detailed introduction to the "Authorization List from Group Headquarters to Subordinate Units."
The meeting elected Wang Yingqi, Shangguan Jie, Li Kai, Yang Xiaoli, Yang Guohua, Chen Shaohui, and Zheng Yuqin as new members of the Zhengchang Group Trade Union Federation through a secret ballot. Wang Yingqi was elected as the Chairman of the Trade Union Federation, Yang Xiaoli as the Director of the Trade Union Fund Review Committee, and Zheng Yuqin as the Director of the Trade Union Women's Committee. The new "Employee Handbook" and the "Authorization List from Group Headquarters to Subordinate Units" were approved.
After completing the agenda, the assembly concluded with the majestic sound of the "Song of Zhengchang." More than 110 participants, including general managers of various enterprises, middle-level cadres, and employee representatives, attended the meeting, which was presided over by Shi Baoping, the former Vice Chairman of the Group's Trade Union.
