New "Employee Handbook" learning and promotion to the production front line

Correspondent) In order to further promote the learning and dissemination of the new version of the "Employee Handbook", and to guide employees to correctly understand, recognize, and practice the corporate culture concept of Zhengchang, the implementation of the new version of the "Employee Handbook" was pushed forward. On the afternoon of October 29, the Group's Party and Mass Work Department came to the Grain Machinery Supply Chain Center to hold a unique learning session for frontline employees, titled "Workshop Bench Classroom" for the new "Employee Handbook".
The chairman of the Group's trade union, Wang Yingqi, systematically interpreted the corporate culture, the new corporate vision and mission, and core values to frontline employees, focusing on the quality policy content in the new "Employee Handbook" based on the work characteristics of workshop employees.
The "Workshop Bench Classroom" greatly facilitated the learning and training of frontline employees with its simple teaching venue, innovative teaching methods, focused teaching content, and good learning outcomes, and was well received by many employees.
